NaShina Bush, Founder and CEO, began her insurance career in 2013 just before the ACA (Affordable Care Act) exchanges went into effect. She has helped countless companies navigate the transition while still allowing comprehensive benefits to be provided to their employees. Prior to her career in the insurance industry, a series of personal tragedies led her to become painfully aware of exactly what health insurance did and DID NOT cover. It has since been her mission to ensure that people not only have benefits but truly understand how they work. EDUCATION IS KEY. Over the past several years NaShina has cultivated her knowledge base by partnering with several medical, ancillary and worksite carriers in both the retail and wholesale divisions.
